I've read the "Washing Yeast" thread over on the Beer forums. And i've read thru some of the Skeeter Pee thread on using a Yeast slurry. I had 3 Gal's of orange wine (each in a 1 Gal jugs) I just racked them off and collected the lees in a pint jar. I pretty much pulled the whole slurry off each bottle.
Any suggestions on storage until I can get my Skeeter Pee ingredients collected (hopefully by next weekend). I have them in a ball jar w/ the top on loose. Should I be worried about a bottle bomb if I tighten the lid? I was going to just toss it in the fridge for now.
