Maybe you don't need to put the glow around the small copy? It's not exactly functional and might just be making things more complex than need be.
What's the circle at the top? Are they like hangtag labels?

I agree...put the guy on top either above or below the crosshairs and widen it a bit, should fit well.
I'm guessing the crosshairs are for cutout and these are for hanging on the neck.
I like it, but I think the white glow is a bit much.

I like it. I guess some aren't familiar with these bottle tags. I like the glow. Great job.
