I just washed a yeast from my xmas ale that had cinnamon and ginger in it. My question is. Is it worth it or will it make everything taste like cinnamon. Will washing my washed yeast help

Maybe pour off some of your slurry and see what it tastes like. I'd think the cinnamon and ginger would dissolve in the wort, prior to pitching, but wouldn't be surprised if the yeast pick some up too.

I'm not sure is washing will get the spices out - it depends on the density of the spices relative to the yeast...

What you can do is prepare a starter using fresh wort, and transfer a minimal amount of the slurry into that. Once grown up you'll have plenty of yeast, but only minute amounts of leftover spices.
