What's wrong?

I've made a batch of Bochet and am using EC1118 yeast.
It is rolling and has a thin scum on top after two days but the lock is not bubbling.
Is it okay, normal, screwed?
 
Sometimes a airlock doesn´t bubble... maybe the container is not properly sealed? I don´t make meads. But that happend to me with beer

Fixed it, it was the lug nut. :)
