So while making a batch of apfelwein i realized I needed a airlock so I have my 10-10-10 red all that is getting close to being finish and I wanted to use that airlock so I rigged a blow off tube on there and filled the bowl with a water star san mix. Well without thinking I go up stairs and I had created a siphon that sucked all the star san water mixer in. I know my risk for infection is low because it was a star san mix, and i know people have said yeast will eat star san but what effect will this have on my beer? it was done fermenting as it had been sitting 20 days. anything I should do or just hope for the best?
