Interesting. Having not seen other episodes I assume the host (tall guy?) is consistently....forward-speaking. I'd never thought of yeast as a sour element before. The show wasn't bad for a quick and dirty run-down, and at least shows that there's many more beer styles than BMC. Kyle

I also haven't seen yeast be called a sour element before. Bready perhaps, but not sour. I would consider carbonation and temperature in the flavor section.

Favorite line, "Beer in head now?"

I am still new to brewing and have a limited knowledge on beer... But it seems, in the video, the bartender is saying color distinguishes ales vs lagers. Which isn't the case.
However, they are doing a wonderful thing, this may help the men watching this show to venture out and try to drink beer out of their comfort zone and be more knowledgeable about beer in general.
