I think it's about impossible to sanitize steak meat. You would just make a cesspool. Maybe some beef boulion cubes, steak seasonings.

Oops, just noticed this is the DR&MM forum, so your not too serious... Grill a steak and eat it while drinking beer. Cascade hops go well with steak. Daggummit you've got me uber hungry.
 
I once saw a recipe for beer that called for red meat to be dryhopped. I can't find it now for the life of me, but it's like Charlie's Chicken Beer.
