Mash out 167 for 15 min
Sparged and collected 6.5 gallons, boil for 60min.
This beer turned out great, I'm not a huge fan of hoppy beers but this one works great for me. Just the right amount of bitterness and hop flavor without going overboard. Very happy with the results of this one
