Home brew stores grain by the ounce

I prefer to buy my grains by the ounce which saves me from weighing out for a recipe, buying a decent scale (i have one that goes up to a couple ounces that i obtained for...other uses) and what not. My "local" home brew store does it but is an hour drive one way and I work days, so getting there before they close is the main issue...also, preferably a site that does flat rate shipping, although thats not a MUST.
Does anyone know of such home brew store/sites?
