Canada, eh!
Hey folks, looking for suggestions on what to add to a 23L (5gal) wheat beer kit to give it a bit of a Hoegaarden profile. It's a full-wort bag kit so I'd assume to make a 'tea' containing some orange / coriander?

Any guesses to amounts? Probably could take a 'beer of that style' and do a scaled-down guess and go from there.

Thanks.

Or I suppose I could freeze a couple oranges and campden them up, then just make a coriander tea addition.

I use fresh oranges in most of my Wheat's since I have a bunch of orange trees. just boil about a quart of water on the stove cool it donw a few degrees, cut open some oranges, add the juice and insides to your pan of water. the skin the peel with a potato peeler, add to the water. then dump it all into your fermenter with your wort. makes a great beer
