Just ordered my kettle this weekend, I'm currently shopping around for an affordable carboy/bucket setup. Was never much for beers until about a year or two ago. I've been heavy into bourbon for 5-6 years. I'm looking forward to getting into this with an ultimate goal of always having at least one of two 5-gal kegs full at all times to entertain my pallet after work.
