I usually brew with ozarka water, and my brews have turned out pretty well. I have heard that adding brewing salts can highlight the hops.
I am brewing a Stone IPA this weekend, and was wondering if I should toss in some salts to make the hop flavor pop a little?
The most recent report I can find for ozarka is from a year ago, but I doubt it has changed the much since then. Here it is...page 4.

Looks like everything is pretty low. So what should I add for a decent IPA base?
