Gluten free brew

I would love to brew a line of gluten free beers for my wife and a couple friends that have an intolerance to gluten...any fresh ideas on ingredient combos?

No worries sharky....I'm still the nfg when it comes to brewing any kind of beer or carbonated something with a hoppy node to it!

Is there a better way to prime GF beer than just melted granulated sugar? Would agave or honey or something else work better??
