Well, I brewed up a batch of apfelwein 4 weeks and 2 days ago. I used brown sugar and have been noticing slight clearing but not much in the past couple of days. I was wondering if its OK to keg it up now.
Im also currious how to carb it? just like beer? dont carb? ( I would be force carbing)
