FINALLY hit a target FG

On my 8th batch, and my first partial mash with first own recipe with my first liquid yeast I hit a target FG. I suffered from the 1.020 curse for ages, I had a couple 1.016s, but those were low gravity beers with lower target SGs.

Not only did I get an 82% efficiency (I'm sure since it was a partial mash that helps) without going over in temperature, but I am thrilled I hit the 1.014 goal for my American Pale Ale.

It'll be a STIFF ~6.5% ABV now.

Cheers to that. I have been having some trouble getting to my target FG's and good attenuation, but I just got my Amber down to 1.010. Lowest FG yet.
