Was thinking of useing my WLP 550 yeast was wondering are there particular styles that WLP 550 yeast is BEST suited for plus have i have 10# of belgian pilsner,Spec B, CaraVienna.
I tried the 550 in a triple as well as a belgian pale...either way works...more spice than fruit esters...good multipurpose belgian yeast...manipulation of fermentation temps can accentuate those esters as well
