So bottling time came for my summer wheat kit from Brooklyn Brew shop and i spaced out and just used all my honey last night on a batch of mead and their recipe calls for 3 tbsp of honey in 1/2c water to be used for priming...i have corn sugar, brown sugar and agave necter but what would the ratio be?

So I did a little digging on iBrewmaster2 for you and assumed a 1 gallon batch (derived form the fact that 3 tbsp is not a lot of honey). I hope you have a scale because the program spits it back as a weight for measurement. use the corn sugar at 25.72 grams. Dissolve in the same amount of water.
