For a 5 gal batch to be kegged
I can currently only do 3.5 gal boils

9 lbs Pilsen (Extra Light) LME
1 lb Dark Brown Sugar (or another lb of LME)
1 lb Lactose (up to 1 lb, resommendations?)
1 oz E Kent Goldings Hops (60 min boil)

Steeping Grains (in 1 gal at 155-160 for 30 min)
1 lb Chocolate Malt
1/2 lb Crystal 80
1/4 lb Victory Malt
1/4 lb Roasted Barley
1 oz Black Patent

1-2 pkgs Nottingham Yeast

How did this turn out? I am going to make a milk stout with a similar recipe, likely with a little less malt. Any recommendations?
