Hi all,

I read about filter your home brew with a whole house water filter system. Removes yeast and chill haze particles. I am intrigued but wary. I am interested in reducing secondary time but not at the cost of flavor. anybody tried it ?

Most beers still need a little aging, some a bit more. I don't keg till at least 3 weeks. It's ready in 4 weeks, but typically doesn't really shine till its about 6 to 8 weeks old. I never filter, but if I did, i think the aging would still be in order. My beers are always nice and clear when it's time to shine.

Patience.
