Grape stomping

I'm doing a grape stomping at a winery tomorrow and they let you keep the juice that you stomp. I was thinking about fermenting it and wondered if anyone else has any experience with a situation like this. I've been brewing beer for a while now and have all the equipment, but my only experience with wine is a 2 gallon batch of apfelwein.
 
Well,for one,make sure everyone else has clean feet xD

You'll need to campden the snot out of it probably,but I don't see any other giant issues. Maybe find out what kind of grapes they are?
 
so if anyone's interested, the must i got from stomping was fermenting like crazy by the time i got it home several hours later. i've decided to just let it play out and see what i end up with. it could be garbage, but hey, i got to stomp grapes with someone dressed up like lucille ball and take home the juice.
