I have never made a blonde or light ale. Any thoughts on this recipe would be appreciated. As you can see it is mostly about the hops. I want to try the Chinook & Cascade for piney-citrusy flavors.
Not sure about the grain bill, the 40L is mostly for a little color. Should I go with a full pound of the Vienna? I don't want sweetness, but do want balance. Thanks.
