Approx Yeast Cell count

I can't find any good info on what I want here. Maybe someone could help me. I pour my yeast from startes into jars with increments on them, I collected around 200ml of yeast (yeast "cake" has settled to the 200ml line with starter juice filling the rest of my jar) how do I figure out an approx yeast cell count from this?
 
Mr Malty has a slider in the "pitch from slurry" tab that will help you gauge how many cells per mL based on the thickness/density of the slurry. It does seem like it will be a pretty rough estimate, though.
