Quick question
What is the best DME to use when making a stout with which I will add specialty grains for color etc. These are my options
Dark Malt Extract
Amber
Pilsen
Golden Light
Sparkling Amber
Briess Dark
Im not sure if i go with the pilsen, or if I need dark since im adding roasted barley and coffee etc
