I'm getting ready to brew an experimental batch using Golden Naked Oats for the first time (recipe below), and I can't visualize how this will taste. The goal was to make it as nutty as possible while keeping the color as light as possible. (See my original idea thread here.)
Style-wise, it seems close to an ESB, but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't taste like your average bitter. I plan to brew this next weekend and taste test a few weeks later.
What's your prediction? Tasty? Meh? Disaster?
