Orfy, I was wondering...is there a color gradient in that glass? or am I just seeing things (like is it the lighting, cause it almost looks like a half and half) ? Looks yummy though!

Then it must taste some good, cause it looks some good.

My version of it using your recipie was and still is great.

Tried a old speckled hen couple of nights ago and wasn't fussy on it.

Got a Monty Pythons Holy Grail to try next.

I have a Specked hen in Secondary at present.

I think I'm going for A Pils/Ale hybrid next.

Orfy,

Can i please have the recipe for Specked Hen? Because I'm a newbie to home brewing I hope this is an extract brew or not is ok.

Hi Orfy,

Your clone looks amazing. Ive just come back from a tour at Wychwood and asked as many questions as possible. I was looking o make a hobgoblin clone or an attempt at making King Goblin which contains Sovereign Hops in pellet format.

Can i ask you for a link to your cone? And when would you add the Sovereign to the boil?

For info. The tour said they mash at 66c and boil for 1 hour and once boiled they filter by putting it into a wirl pool

Cheers
