This little white ring has appeared in all of my bottles of a recent brew in varying severity. It's a "Grand Cru" from Papazian's book (amped up Wit recipe).

It's been in the bottle for a week. I just took a taste, it tastes young, definitely some sour notes, but it's actually somewhat pleasing, nothing too nasty. It's very quaffable - I just drank the whole thing.

Dunno. Actually tasting the beer has allayed my fears but I wanted to get some other opinions.

That totally makes sense to me. My FG was at the top end of the range I expected, and the recipe has some honey in it, so maybe it is still fermenting? (bottle bomb?)
