I just made a Porter. At the start of the boil (60 minutes) I put in 3 heaping soup-spoons of pure Cocoa. What can I expect from this as far as flavor in the beer?

You can expect a fairly bitter taste from that cocoa. 3 spoonfuls won't add much as far as flavor goes either way, but you should always add things like this at the last 10 minutes otherwise it will contribute lots of bitterness.
