I have noticed that in my local super market they sell red and white grape juice 100% pure and not from concentrate I was thinking about getting enough of these to fill a Demi John and just throw in some yeast neutriant and yeast how do you guys think it will come out an do I need to add anything else ???
 
I'd add sugar. Also depending on how dry it turns out, you may want to backsweeten so youd need kmeta and sorbate for that.
 
Rasins for some body would help, a little oak will make it "sophisticated". WVMJ
