Whats the best way to run lines in a bar?

Im going to be building a bar and I want to have a 4 tap tower on top of the bar. Bottom line is what are my options? If I go the keezer route how do I get the kegs into the keezer if it is under the bar? And do I just drill a hole in the top of it to run the lines to the tower and insulate the lines? Any help and/or pics would be hugely appreciated. I am running into a wall trying to get info on this. Cheers!

Thanks man. Yeah im starting to think that may be my best bet and just keep it behind the bar.

Put the keezer on wheels to slide it out of the counter space. Can cover with doors if you'd like.

I have a buddy that has a setup like I describe. I'll try to get pics, but it could be a bit. He is in Afganistan but I am due to go over and mow the lawn so I will ask the wife if I can snap a pic.
