So this is my first all grain BIAB brew, pretty excited i can tell you!
But after reading some peoples experiences brewing high gravity beers
in bags i got a bit dissapointed. Most were saying 1.080 would be the highest
OG you'd get with that technique, hmmmmmmm well my estimated OG
was a mighty 1.106! I was trying to brew a Imperial stout!
I have a 40L kettle mashed at 151 and hit 1.102!
Tasted the wort half way through the boil and was really tasty already, so
all in all a GREAT day for a noobs first all grain in a bag brew!
That's all!
