have you tried to use a irish moss diluted in hot water and mixed in a few hours before u bottle? if you can get most of the sediment to the bottom of the tank then run your kombucha through a first reusable synthetic screen cloth, then through your normal filtration. Are you trying to filter out your yeast to stop secondary fermentation?
