Beer Drenched Executioner
I've been experimenting with this, so consider this a report/or review not so much as a recipe. Anyway..
2 x 3.3# cans Briess "Munich" LME, 1oz Perle @60 minutes makes a hella-fine beer, couldn't be easier to make. I suppose some German Ale type yeast would be in order, I used s33 i think.
fermented ~72 hours, bottled at 10days no secondary, one week in the closet, fridge last night, glass this evening.
Beer is beautiful, clear, malty.. delicious. 1.046/1.010 crisp. Carbonation is near 2.5 I think, just about perfect. I've made many batch of beer that weren't near this good, and not too many that were as easy. I'm really impressed with the quality of this Briess LME it has really good flavor.
