Would it be of any benefit to rack a Vienna Weiss to secondary? It's going to be a cloudy brew any way and it has been in primary for almost 10 days now and still has a few bubbles coming from it every couple of mins.
 
Cool.....I will rack it over then!!!! My Hefe I racked over, but just wasn't sure if it needed to be racked or not even though I did my Hefe and it was an awesome brew.........:D
 
I always do a secondary for my weizens because of that reason.

There's still a lot of sediment that can fall out during that time. Anyway, you can rack some of the yeast off the bottom to assist in the cloudiness in the glass.
