Ok so I'm about to embark on the home grown hop journey but don't want a ton of different kinds to keep up with and store. I'm thinking 3 varieties. Here's what I need.
One hop for basic pale ales, I brew Ed's Haus Pale ale quite a bit. I'm thinking Cascade is the easy choice here.
One hop good for lagers.
One more just to have variety.
I brew mainly basic session beers (pale ales, ambers, wits, basic lagers) but would be nice if the hops could be used on other styles like IPA's and stouts.
