I am currently waiting on my sparge for my first AG batch. I am doing Ed's Bee Cave Haus Pale Ale. I hit my mash temp and everything seems to be moving along nicely.

I'll keep you posted as it moves along.

Thanks to everyone on here - there is no way I could have done this without the hours-n-hours of reading I've been able to do thanks to this site. You fine folks are a wealth of knowledge and entertainment!
 
That's a nice beer to begin with. I make it now and then. It usually turns out well if you hit your numbers, get a good hot/cold break, ect.
 
Nice job. I just brewed this yesterday, and had 77% efficiency. Hit my OG and it's fermenting nicely at 64 degrees.

I'm hoping to get my own mill after the holidays.
