LME 2.50 kg amber, 1.2 kg dark
DME .75 kg wheat, .36 kg light
Honey = unlimited
roasted malt .340 kg
honey malt .5 kg
Hops: 1/2 ounce Willamette, 1 saaz, 3/4 mt.hood, 2 hallertauer, 1 cascade, 2 NB, 1 Tett, 2 Goldings, 2 Centennial
Yeast: Windsor, Notty or some recycled Belgian Abbey II

I'm pretty open to styles.
 
My father-in-law is a beekeeper so I do have access to a lot of honey. I'm not a big fan of mead but I like a good honey ale. I would take a honey ale recipe if anyone has one.
 
Eulipion has a great honey saison recipe in the Recipe Database section. I love putting honey in my Saisons thanks to him. You might could use the Abbey II yeast--wouldn't necessarily be a Saison per se, but it'd probably be delicious, esp. with a little spicy bit from Tett hops!
