I have a 6.5 gallon glass carboy and was wondering if using my plastic Better Bottle secondary would be ok. Or do you just stay glass to glass, plastic to plastics????

I don't often use a secondary, but when I do it doesn't matter if it's glass or a BB. I really like my better bottles- they are much lighter and I don't mind carrying them around nearly as much as a glass carboy!

There's no problem going from glass to plastic, or from plastic to glass. If there was then everyone who ferments in Better Bottle (awesome product BTW) and bottles into glass would be screwed :)

I would say 1 enormous caveat, if you are brewing a sour of have introduced any bacteria, then you need to use glass all the time, every time. Assuming it's not, then yea... no problems at all.
