I am sipping a pint of my blueberry wheat. When I take a sip, part of the aroma is like fresh baked bread.

Kind of nice, actually.

:mug:

Haven't smelled a finished beer with that scent, but I know my last wheat beer smelled like a bakery during fermentation. You really can't beat a fresh baked bread smell.

Damn, now I'm craving bread.

My first wheat is in the bottles now. I was a little surprised at how much it has cleared up in the bottle. Is that normal and is it ok to swirl it a bit while I pour it?

It's fairly common to swirl up the yeast and pour them for a wheat beer. Of course, it's really up to your personal preference, but you won't be seen as abnormal for doing it by any means.
