Can I use regular Chocolate malt (350 SRM) in place for Pale Chocolate with the same results? What adjustments should I make?

I'm considering using this for a Sweet Stout.

Well it will obviously make a darker beer and it will also be substantially roastier. You might want to try using half as much, because swapping them directly would give you a dramatically different beer.
