brewed 20 gallons of pale ale today, first time Ive brewed in about 14 months.
used 2 10 gallon rubbermaid coolers and batch sparged. added them together and boiled about 25 gallons on the stove in 1 pot, I've got pictures but I'm not smart enough to get them on here. It was pretty impressive with a 30 gallon pot on my stove with all 5 burners going.Started at about 8 am and got finished cleaning up about 5 pm. got another 20 gallons planned for 2 weeks from today, and then another 10 or 20 of a porter after that. then I should be set till next spring where i will use the banjo burner I just ordered outside. Also used my march pump for the first time and it made brewing 20 gallons inside very easy.
just thought i would post my first post on this forum thanks for listening
Scott.
the beer is bubbling away in 2 15 gal demijohns one with whitelabs 001 california
