Check with your county extension service or soil conservation district.
 
You won't find an "east coast" version since most of the production takes place on the west coast.

Have you looked through it? What are you dealing with that isn't covered? I see powdery mildew, downy mildew, 2spotted spider mites...plus a number of predators listed.
 
Interesting. They don't list earwigs at all and they are the only pest I have to deal with in So Cal so far.

Luckily, I can keep them at bay with some homemade traps filled with beer.
