I am really interested in setting up a small(>100,000btu) indoor brewery in my basement. I realize there are many issues with ventilation and fresh air. Plumbing the gas lines are no problem but getting good air is a worry of mine. Any thoughts on getting out of this safe and cheap.

I'd rather go safe than cheap, personally. Go ahead and read up on the symptoms of CO poisoning and make sure someone who will be in the general vicinity when you're brewing knows them too.

Pick up a few CO detectors for your work area as well.
