Just finished my first batch! It's the St. Paul Porter from NB. This will be my first and only extract batch as I've purchased the requisite equipment for all grain. Once I rack this bad boy to the secondary I'll be AGing the next one:) I also made some of Edwort's famous (infamous?) Apfelwein. Gonna be a long few months of eager anticipation. I applaud your ambition. I just brewed my third extract kit today, with hopes to move towards AG soon. I need to do some more research to get the right equipment, but I'm eager to hear how it goes for you.

Keep us posted, I'll likely be learning from your AG experiences!
