Just finished my first batch! It's the St. Paul Porter from NB. This will be my first and only extract batch as I've purchased the requisite equipment for all grain. Once I rack this bad boy to the secondary I'll be AGing the next one I also made some of Edwort's famous (infamous?) Apfelwein. Gonna be a long few months of eager anticipation. Great hobby:rockin:
