12.5 g sazz steeped 5 mins
12.5 hallertau hops steeped 5 min
Saflager s23 yeast.
Made up to 22 litre mark.
Will ferment at 16-19 degrees crlcius till its nearly finished then trasfer to carboy for a 2 weeks or so then i will be kegging it. Shall i leave the carboy at room temp in a dark place?

Well, it's nothing like Stella Artois or another light colored lager, but it could be a very nice ale especially if fermentation temperature is kept at 16-18.

Hopfully it ok. Have u got any ideas on a stella clone??

Well, first it's a lager so it needs to be fermented at 50 degrees F, and then stored at 34 degrees F for about 8 weeks. Lagers are tricky if you don't have good temperature control.

Because many light lagers use adjuncts like flaked corn or rice, I've never seen a good one starting with a kit extract so I don't think I could give you a recipe that would work with extract but you may be able to find one on the internet.

This is this thread, but I've never tried this recipe: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f58/something-like-stella-108648/
