So I have a beautiful batch of beer that has been cold crashing for 2 days now. The problem is I decided to bottle instead of keg. Cold crashing takes the yeast into hibernation correct ? Therefore I couldn't bottle unless I wake them up a bit? Am I over thinking this ?

You are overthinking it. Still after cold crash there is million of yeast cells in suspension. You don´t need to wake them up or anything, once in the bottle with the sugar en temp raising yeasties will do their job.

Ok sweet! Then cold crashing is for hop and grain particles ?

For yeast, hop particles, protein, grain particles, everything, the fact it´s harder than you think to remove the yeast by temp, even the beer seems clear and has lest yeast in suspension than at rooms temp there is still a lot of yeast enough to get your beers carbed. I cold crash all the time and never had any issues.
