Well, not quite yet. But I just finished bottling my first homebrew! Now its time to wait some more. I took a taste from the gravity sample and it seems like its on the right track. I didn't notice any off flavors but it seemed kind of bland. I am confident it will be great once it ages a little. I guess I'll have to drink some craft brews for a few more weeks. This forum rocks! It made my first brew a great experience.
 
I'd say bland is a good sign. Most defects are perceived as offensive.
 
Uncarbed green samples all taste bad. As long as it doesn't have the off-flavors you're in good shape. Let it condition for a month or two.
