Hey guys! I made a bach of apple cider first time last night . I just wanted to know what you thought about the recipe I used.
3 gal if cider
2 cups white sugar
2 cups brown sugar.
1 packet of champagne yeast.
And 1/2 5th of rum...
Any thing alts you think I should toss in please let me know . Thank you!
