I have a quick question concerning a fermentation chiller. Does anyone know or have instructions to rig the thermostat to turn the fans on?
Anyone ever built a fermentation chiller?

i assume you're talking about the "son of fermentation" setup. It is quite simple to hook up the fans. I am working on a fermentation chamber myself using some fans and a fridge, and I will admit that the wiring diagrams seemed confusing... but they weren't once I had the thing in front of me. Couldn't have been simpler really...

well the problem is I have a Honeywell RTH221B with a different wire hook up. Fortunately though I was able to get it to work. I plan to post a few pics and instructions on what I did.
