Best I have, from Clone Brews:

11.5 lbs German 2-row Pilsner
8 oz German Munich
8 oz German Dark Crystal
8 oz. Cara-Munich
2 oz Centennial (60 mins)
.5 oz Cascade (15 mins)
.5 oz EKG (15 mins)
1 oz Cascade (3 mins)
.5 oz Cascade (dry hop)

Mash at 153* for 90 minutes

Thanks. Have you made this before? Also, a couple of questions:
I do a bastardized "no chill", I normally wait to pitch for a couple of days until the wort cools down, then ferment for 10 days to 2 weeks. Should I add the hops when I pitch or wait until I'm about a week away from secondary?
I'm making a 10 gal. batch, should it scale OK?

I've not made it, but I am planning on it probably in the spring. That's for a 5 gallon batch so it will scale fine. Just double everything.
I think your other question is about dry hopping. It's a bit confusing, but I'd just dry hop as normal.
