Not sure if thats how you spell it , In the spring my Mom always made us pick all the flower tops . And she would make wine with them . Anyone know how. I know she made it in those big old ceramic crock things ..
I had some last year made by a fellow HBT member, themadvaper, send him a PM and I'm sure he would be glad to share his recipe. It was delicious although VERY sweet and since I'm not a big wine drinker it was a little too sweet for me but still damn tasty.
My dandelion wine is really good! I love it. I got the majority of the recipe from Jack Keller's website, and then tweaked it a bit to get what I wanted.
